You can walk everywhere: the supermarket (5 min), the bus station, a multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes on the seafront. The pool is located in the residential complex. On the territory of a neighboring residential complex there is a very large swimming pool. The apartment was renovated in 2023. It takes about 15 minutes walking to reach the port of Calpe with its famous fish restaurants. The promenade, where there are many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, extends along the entire beach.
