Property management
We provide services to owners of flats located in Calpe. Renting out your flat in your spare time will help you generate extra income.
The rental includes:
- Preparing the flat for renting
- Tidying up, furnishing with furniture, crockery, curtains, etc.
- Registration of the flat in the rental property register
- Minor repairs, solving all problems with the technical services.
- Advertising and promotion of the flats on holiday rental websites. Our remuneration is 18% of the amount of the accommodation, VAT included.
- Maintenance of the flat in proper condition - careful maintenance, quality cleaning, repair and replacement of small kitchen appliances, cosmetic repairs.
No additional payment from the landlord:
- Working with tenants - searching for tenants, filtering out unreliable tenants, concluding the rental contract, providing documents for visas, moving in, check-in/key transfer, follow-up and cooperation after departure, cleaning.
- Maintenance of a rental and stay calendar for you and your guests. The rental calendar of your flat is kept up to date. You will be aware of all entries and should book in advance your family's desired periods of stay in the flat.
- We furnish the flat with our bed linen and towels, wash and iron. Our bed linen is washed in a professional English laundry. Ironing/steam ironing is compulsory.
- Dishwasher filter cleaning and occasional replenishment of salt and rinse aid.
- Purchase of all cleaning products
- Window cleaning
- In preparation for check-in, guests have at their disposal:
- In the bathroom - soap dispenser with liquid soap and small hotel soap, toilet paper 2 rolls in the bathroom
- In the kitchen - roll of paper towels, microfibre cloth, hand dishwashing detergent, kitchen flannel, 3 dishwasher tablets.
Paid separately by the owner:
- Washing of bedspreads, mattress protectors, waterproof mattress covers, curtains, etc.
- Dry cleaning of the sofa
- Purchase of utensils, light bulbs, etc.
- Calling masters for repair of household appliances, sewerage, plumbing, electricity, etc.
- Internet connection, purchase of a router
- At check-in of your guests - meeting, handing over of keys
- Calls from clients related to life in the flat.
- We can provide punctual services when your family comes on holiday: kitting with our bed linen, grocery shopping, transfers.
Our cleaning after the departure of your family or your guests is compulsory and paid by you. In case of bad condition of the flat after departure - cleaning by the hour (20 euros per hour).
We can also renovate your flat: cosmetic repairs, renovations or refurbishments.
- A qualified architect will prepare all the necessary documentation and obtain the permits and licenses to carry out the work you require.
- A foreman with a team of accredited professionals will carry out any work on your flat to a high standard. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
