The Topacio I residential complex is located on the beachfront of La Fossa. Near the beach house there is a playground for children of all ages.

Everything is nearby: a supermarket and small shops, restaurants along the entire length of the beach. The port of Calpe with its famous fish restaurants is 10 minutes away by the sea. Along the entire beach there is a pedestrian promenade, on which there are cafes, restaurants, shops.

It is possible to arrange a transfer (Alicante airport – 90 euros, Valencia airport – 130 euros)
We will also always answer all questions about local attractions and, if necessary, help organize excursions or rent a car.
